Pharos GPS help needed

Hi, I'm new to the Axim, and to PocketPCs in general. I am having a problem configuring my AXIM x51 (OS = Windows Mobile) with Microsoft's AutoRoute 2006 (mapping software for Europe) and a Pharos GPS receiver with iGPS-BT bluetooth dock. I cannot get the AXIM to see the GPS unit. I keep getting the error "The communications port is unavailable, but no signal is being received." The Pharos website claims that, while configuring the GPS receiver to work with my PocketPC, I should use the "GPS RF Com" port for the service selection, but that is not an option, only the serial port. I tried this and COM 7, but to no avail. Please help.

Set up an outgoing port for use by the GPS receiver. Set hardware and software ports to none and disable the automanagement option in Settings-->GPS.

I tried this recommendation, but still receiving the same error. Any additional advice?

Did you set the port for AutoRoute to match the BT serial port you configured? Turning on discoverable mode for the first connect might help too. Best of luck!

Discoverable mode is on, but I thought you said to set hardware and software ports to none. Are you talking about a way to set the AutoRoute port to match the BT serial port, from within autoroute?
