Problems with gx.dll

I recently (today actually) got a Axim X5. I was trying out Doom 4 CE (as well as a Genesis emulator), and they both required gx.dll. It has 2003 on it, and gx.dll, but neither game will work. They both pointed me to the microsoft site for a gx.dll download, but it no longer exists. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot.
