3D games on pocket pc.

Is it possible to play counter-strike or quake or unreal tournament on any of these pocket pcs?
Im a student but dont really need it for school but for play

I think these game take up like 300mbs of space to run so can i run it off a compact flash card?

Not a chance, the closest thing you can get is a PDA version of Doom, pure old school. When did Doom become old school? I'm getting old.

I guess I didn't answer your question very well. You can get flash cards with more then enough room to hold 300 mb but the PDA uses different operating system from your desktop. You still wouldn't have enough processor speed or memory and I think the lack of a 4XAGP would be a hinderance also. Just maybe.

can i run it using software mode? cuz the axim x5 is over the system requirements by 200mhz and 32mb of ram...

A port of it could be made... but as it is, Pocket PC OS won't run native Windows apps... so unless someone has explicitly ported it then no

I've played it. Pretty amazing really. Just like the PC.. a "mini-me" if you will. It is a bit tough to play, but still fun!
