Widcomm not on the Allowed list-Help!!

McAffee Firewall has ActiveSync on allowed list, but not Widcomm.

I think this may be obstructing the functioning of my BT.
How can I get Widcomm on the McAffee Firewall allowed list? I do not know the procedure. Help!!

What is Widcomm?

I don't think the firewall will be an obstruction to BT connectivity. IMO it's the desktop/Axim config that's awry. What are you trying to do with your BT?

Widcomm is the wireless program drivers used by Windows Mobile

It looks like Widcomm was developed by someone over at Aximsite. You would surely find better support for Widcomm at http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showthread.php?t=122247 since it's their baby.

There are some good installation/configuration instructions for Widcomm here, but it's slightly older than the latest version available.

USe the Aximsite tutorial and programs.
I have been using it since the beginning and have aided a little in its molding.
It works great and is great!
