Axim Voodoo

I received my Axim last week, and I realised its true power when my staff started commenting on how clean the desk was looking. Then it hit me: I was no longer scribbling little reminder notes on scraps of paper, or anything else that came to hand.

Then the secretary rushed into my office, thinking I had died. Reason? I was no longer calling on her to remind me about meetings and appointments. The Axim was doing all of that.

The folks at home complained that I wasn't speaking to them. I replied that the e-books and Jawbreaker was occupying my time, but if they preferred, they could make an appointment to talk later, and I would not be late. After all, the Ax would remind me of the appointments.

I last saw my nearest and dearest sticking pins into something that looked remarkably like an Axim shaped doll...should I be worried at this point?

I just recently got my Axim X3 too and I LOVE IT!!! It is better than I had ever imagined. I keep all my files, e-books and games where ever I go. I just wished the battery never died! :shifty:

I have the strangest feeling that you were the victim of the voodoo...here's some survival hints:

1. Record your voice saying "ÿes dear" several times.

2. When your nearest and dearest says "put down that @#%$^ Axim and listen to me, dammit!" activate the recording, on max volume.

3. Remove all hammers, blunt and sharp objects from the household.

4. Take your mattress into the doghouse and put Rover into your house.

5. Be sure that the wireless connection is active and that your Wi-Fi link is good.

Repeat as necessary, or until the divorce papers arrive in the mail. And

6. Make sure you retain custody of your Axim, at all costs.
