Dell Axim x50v For Sale...."Cheap!"

I have a Dell Axim x50v for sale.

Originally owned by myself, this unit stopped working normally for unknown reasons. :cry:
I believe that all it needs is to have Windows Mobile 2003 reloaded onto the unit.
The unit turns on and works...but is very slow as if to have a memory problem.
Other than that it is in mint condition used seldom for a month.
No scratches, no dings...pristine, just doesnt work very fast.

The Warranty for this unit has now been applied to my new unit, therefore this one has no warranty and is being sold as-is.

If you would like to see pictures I can send some, just let me know.

This is the bare unit, with the CF & SD card slot plugs and the case that comes wiith it.
The unit requires a battery & cover whereas Dell doesnt ship replacements with them attached.

This is a great oppportunity to own a Ax for cheap money... :w00t:
With a little work and a few items, I am confident that this unit can be brought back to original condition.

My second option is to do all this myself and sell for near-new price and I don't have the time right now to mess with it.

What about the cradle?

I have the original cradle and will need it for my ax that works.
Cradles are cheap $30.60 at Dell's website
and the charging cord/adapter $19.00.

I already purchased a new battery and battery cover for the unit. This makes the unit entirely brand new. so aside from its quirky behavior it would be a steal.

I am in contact now with PDAsmart to have the unit sent for free diagnosis. Reapair should be fairly cheap. if they can fix it, this unit can seel as new whereas It was used barely a few weeks before it encountered this sluggish performance.
