BT to Cell Phone

I have a Moto V551 and a X50v and an X51v. When I connect to the Cell Phone using the X50x I see the OBEX File Transfer Service and am able to connect to the phone and transfer pictures, ringtones, etc... However when I connect to the Cell phone using the X51v I only see the Dialup Service.

What do I need to do to enable the X51v to transfer files to the Moto.
