BT device detector

I was out the other day and saw a couple people using a program that was like bluetooth radar on their Axim x51 s. The program detected other BT enabled devices in the vicinity. After detection, you could select a device and it would automatically set up a text conversation between the 2 devices over the BT network. Does anybody know what program that could have been and where I can buy/download a copy?

You could just use the BT New Partnership option in the Axim's Bluetooth settings, but MobiLuck is a 3rd party solution that costs cash money.

Thanks for the info, I am checking out the mobiluck program, however you were right the dell utility does the same thing, probably just as well.
