X50v, bluetooth GPS and Nokia 6310i

Hi,

I have an X50v connected to a bluetooth Dell GPS unit and GPRS via bluetooth on my Nokia 6310i.
I use tomtom for navigation.

Whenever I switch on my Axim, I immediately get a bluetooth browser when it sees a bluetooth device. This pops up every 10 seconds, how can I stop this?
I want to only be able to switch on discovery mode or something when I want and otherways it should stick to my 2 paired devices.

Or does it hav esomething to do with the fact that my phone and GPS unit are not always around my Axim? I only have them bluetooth-active when I am in the car.

Is there any way to prevent bluetooth browser popping up? Disabling bluetooth doesn;t help unfortunately.

I don't have the same problem.

If you select Bluetooth settings, you can switch off the blue tooth ands then it does not always come on . Also under Bluetooth settings and Accessibility, you can select "Paired devices only".

If all else fails, I find a soft reset helps
