Phone access to contacts via Bluetooth

I've got a Motorola phone with Bluetooth. I'd like to be able to have my X50V contact list able to initiate a call on the phone (not a data call, just use the contact info to get the phone to start a voice call that I'll continue on the phone itself -- save me dialling). Anyone know how to do this?

Also, I'd like to be able to easily transfer contacts from my X50V to the phone's contact list. How do I do that?
