About Bluetooth and Network Access

I have a question on the usage of Bluetooth and the Network Access service. My setup (as far as network connections/topology) is:

1. Dell Axim x5
2. Dell TrueMobile Bluetooth CF Card
3. Belkin Bluetooth USB Adapter (dongle)
4. Dell PC with an Ethernet NIC
5. Netgear Switch/Router/Firewall
6. Cable Modem

I want to be able to use Pocket IE to connect via Bluetooth to my network to access the internet. As far as I know, I thought that this was possible using Bluetooth in the manner describe above and that I would want to use the Network Access Service on the Dell PC to do this.

I am able to "connect" to the PC Network Access through the Bluetooth Manager on my PDA, yet when I then bring up Pocket IE, I get the "cannot connect because of settings" type error message.

A. Is this possible using bluetooth?
B. If so, what am I missing?
C. If not, what do I need to buy now?

I found a hint on www.aximsite.com that gave me the answer to my post.

On the PC
------------------
1. Bring up ActiveSync, Select ToolsOptions (menu), click on Rules tab.
2. Select "The Internet" in the Pass Through section (at the bottom).

On the Axim
------------------
3. Start ActiveSync
4. Run Pocket IE

I certainly hope this helps out future newbies. And it goes to show that you do NOT need a WiFi card!
