Syncing Outlook 2002 with 2007

Hello folks, haven't posted on here for a while cos life has been goooood. Dell AximX51V been working for my needs flawlessly, Synicing every day.
Now I have a problem I just had to start a new job and my Axim will not sync, I keep getting the 850100104 message. I have searched the forum and tried all I can. My question is I have Outlook 2002 at home and the new job is running 2007 are there any known sync issues between the two. My last place of employment was 2003 and everything was fine. Running active sync 4.5 and A12 with MS 5.
Any help be greatly appreciated

OK, I now have the device syncing with each computer, both Home and Work. Got rid of the pesky x85whatever error. Problem NOW is when I sync, or try to it thinks each computer is new, tells me it cannot sync with 3 computers and I must delet one. Any ideas any one.
If I delete one it goes through the wizard and syncs fine, if I make anychanges everything syncs until I get to the other computer. If I go through this exercise at home, when I get to work I get the can't sync with 3 puters and vica versa.
