how to adjust headphone volume?

hi all
on my axim x51v some how i have turned the volume to zero when i plug in the headphones, it work ok on internal speakers, somewhere i was able to adjust the setting for
the headphone output but i have forgotten when this is .
can someone help

Click on the speaker in the top right corner of the screen next to the activesync indicator and the clock if you have it on. Sounds like your speaker should have and X through it right now indicating that it is muted right now.
