sync problems

Ok posted this in an old thread and didn't get any responses, maybe it was missed by you all, just in case........ I have tried searching for hints at solutions but haven't got anywhere really. I'm using wndows XP, and tried both WMP 10 and 11, 2Gb SD card, Axim otherwise syncs ok with outlook.

It looks like Zonealarm was causing the problems, I updated Zonealarm software but still had the same issue, uninstalling Zonealarm and the blue screen crashes disappeared.

I'm interested in this one as I've started to play with adding music files to the Axim. I've tried both methods, syncing (sinking) inevitably results in a stop error and restart and I haven't found any way around this yet but I'd be interested to do so. doing this maually is better, but I'm found some (music) files won't copy as whole albums but individual tracks do - this is from albums I've uploaded from my own CD and shouldn't have copyright protection issues. Any insight on this? I should also say that I've used itunes and iPOD to manage my music files before with no sync problems or issues related to copyright protection. Looks far superior to me - but I can't get my calendar or contacts sync'd on IPOD, looks like i'm stuck with both bits of electronics for now
