Anyone tell me the largest SD card the AXIM x51v will take?

With WM5, probably 4GB.
With the SDHC patch, 8GB.
With WM6, 16GB.

Yes, WM6 is widely available. The one I have been running for several months is the Football WM6 A03 RTM - search for "Football" and/or A03 in this forum and you'll find links to the upgrade and to a video which shows you how to do ir. If you have three hands, it's very simple :-)
