how do u unbrick x51

No answers from the group wizards, so I'll have a go. You don't give much info, but if the thing really is a brick (you've checked the side lock switch, hard reset, etc?) then perhaps this is the ideal chance to install WM6. Look in this forum for the posts describing how to do it - including one from Tracygirl where there is a link to a video showing you how to do it.

what im trying to achieve is upgrading my x51 on my sd card but im not even goin to try anymore im just goin to store my x51 away and buy a ipod. thanx for many suggestions

Don't store the Axim away, jokes. Sell it if you're not going to use it, its value will decrease over time. However, if you really want to upgrade the ROM via SD have a look at this thread over at AximSite.

You may also want to look at this page from XDA Developers if you want to go to WM6.

I have removed the other two duplicate threads created on this subject since they hadn't contributed much to the solution (but good job dahawthorne for trying in one of them).
