How To Revive Dell Axim X51

my dell axim x51 doesnt do anything when i do the hard reset a screen shows up that asks me if i want to restore factory settings and i pushed the key that would do so but it doesnt do anything after that. i would really like your help to revive my dell axim x51 because i just got it a week ago and would hate it go to waste.
