Can't Surf the Web

Up until about a month ago, I could download email (pop3) and surf the web. Not sure what happened, however, I can no longer surf the web. I am using the Dell WLAN Wireless Adapter. Its obvious I'm connecing to wireless servers as I can download email. However, when I attempt to surf the web using IE, I get a welcome screen telling me how to connect to the internet. There is a Dell, Smartvideo and Windows mobile link whick seems to work. Yet, I can't input a url for other web sites. Any ideas?

I have Rom 12 but have not installed the "driver rolling patch" yet.

Is there an address bar at the top of the screen? And don't install the rolling patch. I had installed it and experianced a similar problem and could only correct the problem after i had uninstalled the rolling patch. If all else fails you can always back up all your files and do a hard reset that should solve your problem. Good luck.

No address at the top of the screen. Puzzling as to why I can connect and get email but can't get URL address line using IE. Curses, Red Baron.

Can you go to your favorites and navigate in that fashion?
I've looked around on my AX and i can't see anywhere that it would allow me to hide my address bar.

The hard reset should have done it for you. What happens if you go through the sequence of "how to connect to the internet"?
