CF Camera card

Does anyone know where to buy or have used a CF camera (or SD camera if they exist) for their pda?
Just thought it would be interesting to try.

Bob, I've been looking and I can only find reviews on one of these here. I can't see where they're for sale anywhere(even on ebay). That would lead me to believe that they were a flop and judging from the pictures in the review you'd be better off with a real camera(i'm not even a fan of the camera on cell phones).
