Flexmail 2007 - Loose folders after soft reset

Hi,

I am having an issue with Flexmail 2007 V3.1 Build 1704, after a soft reset I am losing my storage folders in the display. It has the account shown but box to expand the folders out. Mail storage is on my SD card.

Is this a known issue or have a done something really clever here?
