Send contacts from X51v to bluetooth phone

I need to load quite a few names and numbers from my Axim onto my new bluetooth phone. I've already paired the two devices, and I can successfully send a "name card" from the phone to the PDA. I can't figure out how to go the other way, though. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Select "beam this contact" on the Axim, and let it find the phone.

Well, that just brings up the IR, and since my phone does not have that capability, I have to use bluetooth.

When you select "beam contact" it cycles through IR and then Bluetooth, as long as the phone and axim are paired, and in the pairing settings you have selected the data transfer option, you should be able to beam to the phone.

Another option would be to use the PC phone management software to copy from your synced outlook contacts?

Although these two devices have been successfully paired, the PDA just sits there saying "Infrared...align ports...searching." It does not find the phone. Any ideas?

In the BT manager, click on the devices tab and select your phone, what options are you offered, DUN [dial up networking], serial port. Enable serial port, and see if you can enable a new outgoing port to connect to the phone.
