When I went to Dell's website to download the latest upgrade (not A12, but the next update), the website malfunctioned, letting me select "Axim", but not showing the X51v. Worse than that, there doesn't appear to be any way to get out of the Dell website beyond doing a soft reset. The Internet Explorer bar doesn't show at all, so I can't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

You should be downloading Axim updates on your desktop/laptop, not the Axim. The downloads are Windows installers. What do you mean by the PIE bar? The address bar? You may have turned on full screen mode, if so, tap and hold the page and uncheck 'full screen'.

You were right about being in "Full Screen" mode. Duh.... When I checked the current downloads Dell offers for the X51v, I didn't see anything that appeared vital to my machine's well-being, so I'm going to let that part go.
