Daylight Savings Time

Is anyone aware of a patch out there that will tell the X51v that daylight time begins on 3/11 and ends on 11/4 this year? When I synchronize my device to Time-NIST through City Time, it insists that the change to daylight time has not yet occurred. I have gone in manually and adjusted the time, and that has made my calendar go nuts. I am running ROM A12, and I had thought that would be smart enough to solve this issue.

the patch worked, it changed my appointment times, but not the system time, so I had to go in and manually change the clock.
