anyone else having lssues with switcher bar?

the switcher bar on my aximis complete crap... never works, anyone else having issues with the switcher bar, and any suggestions?

This thread deals with the driver rollup package, if you have already applied this update disregard. Also battery pack pro has a power off button as standard which allows you to switch between open programs. HTH
