Windows Mobile device Center Error
In Windows Mobile device Center under windows Vista Home Prem. I click on Mobile device settings and then Change Content Settings then sync setting under Files I get this error in the log that pops up. I Want to sync some Excel Files I have but can't set it up.

Hello Mitch-
Can't you get around the error by manually transferring the files to the device under the file management in WMDC? I see you're using version 6, which is the most recent version. I'm running the same with Ultimate and the file sync setting works OK here. You could try deleting the partnership on both the PC and the Axim and allow it to recreate. Let us know if that works.

I just looked at this and veiwed source, the window with the Vista information, ?do you have to hand code that in? It is like an Iframe, but I couldn't make sense of it in source file, ? can I HTML in posts? DUHH

tried it and it didn't work I event reinstalled vista from a clean format due to other problems I was having and those problems went away and this problem still is the same.
same error and all
I will have to manually transfer everytime it is updated (excel spreadsheet)

How's your device manager? I found that my USB mobo chipset needed drivers for Vista. Are you using a USB hub or laptop docking station? Tried disabling advanced network functionality on the Axim? At worst, have you attempted hard resetting the Axim and trying again?

The only drivers available is sound from ASUS.
The axim connects fine and does everything normally except sync files
|
