yes, I'm wondering if you mean that the axim deletes old appointments, or deletes appointments that are more than a few weeks into the future?
that would be the default settings in your activesync.
to correct this:
- sync your axim to the PC
- with the connection intact, go to activesync on the desktop
- TOOLS | OPTIONS
- then click "Calendar",
- go to the lower right and click on "settings"
- In the Calendar synchronization dialogue box, click the dropdown menu and select ALL
I'm pretty sure the default setting here is to only sync the past two weeks of appointments - if you leave it that way, your axim will delete all appointments outside that range.
