AA Diary

Hi - I am a recovering alcoholic and am looking for a diary for my Axim that I can use to check off each sober day. I already have spb diary etc along with other software on my axim, I am looking for something that just shows me a calender page so that I can check off each day of the month, ie just a basic program as I don't need all the fancy background stuff. Just wondering if anyone knows of such a program.

The only thing I can think of is for you to set up an Excel spreadsheet with cells numbered as days in the right order. You could have tabs for months and cells for days. Each day you could tap the cell and change its color to indicate progress.

Oops, cat's out the bag.

Done the excel spreadsheet, works great, but was wondering, as I'm using Spb pocket plus, is there a way of adding this file into the today screen, just to make it easier to access.

Maybe I'm being very stupid or insensitive, but what does "cat's out the bag" mean in your comment (I know what the phrase itself means in general usage)?
I read this wondering if it was genuine, and in the best spirit of online forums I assumed the positive, but now you've made me doubt.
What's behind your comment? If you wanted programming help, I'm sure that anyone would have answered a straight question without any explanation of why you want it.

LOL I get the cat/bag comment smeedan. I'm sure no one here will judge your online alias. You should be proud, not ashamed.

You can add a shortcut to the today screen with PocketPlus by tapping and holding the PPlus today plugin, choose add/remove items, drop down cetegory: and choose custom, choose add from the bottom of the screen, and select file. You can then browse to the file you want and it's there.

I'm not judging, Mahstah, I'm just curious. As I said, I assume positive intent (naíve, some would say, maybe) unless proven otherwise. If you're ok with it then I'm happy that my first impression was right.

dahawthorne there is nothing untoward here, it was a genuine request for some help, just a rather delicate subject to some me included and i handled it rather clumsily. If you re-read the earlier posts you will see the not so deliberate mistake and hopefully the funny/slightly embarassing side of it.
