Refurbished unit?

I was one of those "bad" ones who didn't use a screen protector. That will never happen again. I was lucky and had the Complete Care insurance. Today I received the unit in the mail. When I opened the back to install my battery, there's a sticker that says "refurbished".

My question is, do I keep this one or do I tell them I want a 'new' one? My unit was only purchased in April. Also, they told me it would come with WiFi Companion installed, since I paid for it with my first order. Guess what, it did not! Is there a way to copy it from the PDA to my desktop, then load it into the new one (I don't have a memory card yet)? Any suggestions, comment? Thanks!

Dell usually exchanges a used unit with a refurb. The refurbs are usually in like new condition, if there are scratches or damage to the refurbished unit you should request another one. For your wifi companion software, do you have an install program for it? If not, you'll have to call/chat with Dell to alert them of their mistake and get yourself a download or CD sent.

I agree with Mahstah...If it doesn't look brand new I'd request a new one. I have the Wi-Fi companion software too and I had to install it myself. They just sent me a disc with the Axim. Yours came pre-loaded?
