connectivity problem after leaving network and coming back

i) we are working in wireless network using palm

ii) we then leave network with palm still on
iii) palm is turned off after leaving network


iv) after coming back in network we are having problems in connecting to network

the palm screen shows following
the top right hand side of palm where it shows network connectivity
(the two arrows)

there is "x" character beneath the two arrows when i click on this "x" character

get following message

Turn on flight mode

to connect to either the internet or work, set up a new connection in settings

when i go to settings-> connections -> Dell wlan utility
(a) in tools tabbed page
we can ping network
(b) config tabbed page we see signal from wireless network
(c) site tabbed page -> we see signal and status says connected to network

(d) main tabbed page -> when we click on "setting button" instead of getting network we get list of all network adaptors

(a) turn off palm and restart palm while in network then starts network connectivity working again
(b) turn on flight mode and then turn off flight mode then network connectivity starts working again

but palm is for non technical users is there way to overcome problem

Make them technical users. Teach them and they shall prevail.

BTW, an Axim is NOT a Palm.
