From suggestions on this board I installed ActiveSync 4.2 and initially had no problems synching up, then yesterday I encountered the following error:
Synchronization cannot be completed succesfully. Reconnect your device and try again. If the problem persists, see the Microsoft ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop computer.
So I did just that, searched the help, found no solution. This morning I'm having the same problems. I can "drag and drop", but I can't sync my e-mail, tasks, etc. . . To troubleshoot "power off" and "white screen" problems I was having I installed the
Fax Exchange Server. Could this be the problem?
Totally lost with this one.
