Flashing Windows 2003 freezes

Hi all -

I did a ROM update and fried my X50v.

I've tried to restore it by using the SD card "flash trick." I re-update the boot loader without issues but when I am about 50% completed with flashing the OS (Windows 2003 Mobile), it just freezes.

Any ideas?

perhaps a bad or the wrong rom file
