Sorry, I am new at this but I inadvertenly added cabs to main memory instead of sd card I see them when I use the find large files feature but how do I delete them?
I don't see them with activsync or file explorer
please help

Probably the fastest and best way for someone new is to carry out a hard reset on the device. This will restore it to as supplied condition and remove the CAB files ( plus any other data or files added)
the local side of vxFTP has a file browser with delete that lets you locate and remove all files and shows the extensions too.
it is a great software tool as well.
