Many dead pixels on new Axim x51v

Hello everyone,

I just got my new Axim on Thursday and everything was fine. I go to bed and when I wake up on Friday there is a line about a quarter inch from the left side of the screen. I tried a soft and hard reset and I also tried flashing my ROM. The line is still there and it dosen't show up in any screenshots.

I think it might be dead pixels, but I have never heard of a perfect line of dead pixels all the way down an LCD screen before. Just wondering if any one has any suggestions besides the on Dell's website (I rubbed the screen already).

Other then that line, I love my new Axim. Look forward too reading replies.

I would call Dell immediately. If you wait too long, you may not get a new replacement. I don't think you would want a refurbished unit.

Well, I was hoping I could do something myself, but Dell said that I would get a new Axim in the mail. It should be here in about a week.

Although a pretty minor complaint, Dell's awesome Customer Service has more then made up for my inconvienience.
