This will hopefully help new owners and expereinced owners find apps they may or may not have realised were available. I appreciate there is allready a thread for 'working software on the WM5' But I am more interested in the programs people use on a daily basis and find really improve there x51v's functionality

Good initiative!

X51v literally is WM 5.0. When users gets here, they have something to referred to. I've added a few to your list, sorted in ascending order (easier to insert). For the freebies, I suggest to include the links. We can do the same with paid programs too.

Please add programs that have been tested & ran successfully on the X51v.

Ihave spb plus , weather (too generic) and time. laridian pocket bible, ereader pro aol tomtom,aim, avantgo, hicalc, pocket music, sktools, textmaker and ultrashop, x50mix,
I say all this to tell you I have had 3 axims (2 replacements from dell) and the thing can't handle these programs; slow starts lockups and slow loading. windows mobile 5 and perhaps dell axim x51v just should not have been put on the market.

Great effort! However, it would be helpful to show revision dates. Some of these are old and buggy. See, no good deed goes unrewarded.
