Pocket PC Network ERROR

I keep getting this error.
I called Dell and they told me it was a bug in the OS.
The error is

"Unable to obtain a server assigned IP address. Try again later or enter an IP address in network settings"

When this error occurs I can't sync or log on the net.
It only pops up when it is on the cradle.

I have the latest version of Acticesync
I am running Win XP Pro
I have Spb pocket Plus running

Any suggestions?

Have a look at this. If it is not the same, we will do more troubleshooting. I don't think it is an OS problem.
