Another Frustrated New User

Just recieved new Axim a couple days ago. I am over my initial sync. issues and am very leary of putting anything onto Axim.
Problem that I have now is that I put a couple Excel Files into Windows Mobile and synced. I have a red Exclamation Point on sync icon and a message that tells me "Attention Required" next to Files Folder. The files are on Handheld and work so I don't understand what attention is required. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your files are not still open on the PPC when you're trying to sync. Check in Start-->Settings-->System-->Memory-->Running Programs for Excel Mobile. You cannot sync an open file or an office file that is password protected. If you still get the message, remove all the files from your Pocket PC My Documents folder and put them back in one by one to identify the offending file.
