Connecting to the internet

I'm helping a student with her axim x/51. She cannot get to the internet. We've shut down the firewall and can't think of any other reason she can't get through. She can sync but no internet.

Are you trying to access the net wirelessly or on the cradle? If using the cradle, make sure you're using the latest version of Activesync, 4.1. Make sure in Start-->Settings-->Connections-->Network Cards you have The Internet selected. If your host computer doesn't have an internet connection, you will not access the internet on a cradle. If your school has special settings or security you will need to speak with your network administrator about configuring the Axim to connect through their network.

A soft reset with the button on the back might help too.
