Lost Parts of IE Home Page

While connected to the Internet, I was forced to do a soft reset. After reboot, the original IE Home Page (file://\windows\default.htm) that lists learning to connect to the internet, Smart TV, the Dell site, and Windows Mobile no longer shows Smart TV and the Dell site. In there place is Mobile Operator and OEM, which go no where. Soft resets do not return them.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get these links back?

Here's default.txt from X51V. Rename it to default.htm before you put it back to \Windows. Let me know if you need more.
