wifi card option for x51 416

Hi, just bought a low end x51 without the built-in wifi. I looked at the user's manual and saw that it says 416 uses only sd wifi and does not support cf cards.

I was planning to buy a cf card since it's cheaper and I remember seeing posts here that say cf were ok. Now I'm confused. Is there anyone using cf now with no problems? Please let me know if I can just ignore the message in the user's manual.

really?could you please tell me which page of the manual mentioned that? i did not see that.
I will choose a CF card because I am using the SD slot for a memory card.

Hi,

I noticed that you just bought yours. I wonder if you can return, and get a model with integrated WiFi.

The wifi card is about $90. It's better off if you trade up & save as well as freeing up 1 slot.

Thanks for the advise. I thought about doing a return and exchange. But in that case, I'd have to pay for all the shipping. Guess I'm stuck with this model now.
