32 Gb Max CF. as for apps, for video, Core Player. Though I think you may want to look at file conversion software, to get your dvd to winmo files a bit smaller

Core TCPMP and I use a free program called Any Video Converter for converting to mpg files, usually I convert to my X30h size which is fine on my X51v. All in the watching though, but higher resolution means less on the CF.

Maximum size is dictated by your wallet and what is best bang for the buck, seems like 16gb are priced right now, but in a few months those 32gb will seem like a bargain, I chose a 16gb Kingston.

    Mr. Dryster

I am a newbie. Do I download the Any Video Converter program to my computer. Do I first put the 16 gb Kingston CF card in my Axim 51v. Do I download with my axim connected to the computer. I lost my manual. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Pete,
You can use a program such as DVDcatalyst to convert movies on your computer. As for transfering files, a card reader on your computer is fastest for transfers. But, you can drag and drop from your computer to your AX while it's connected to your PC.
