Help!!! My Axim 50v will not turn on.

I have tried everything Dell suggests. I have even tried a hard reset with and without the adaptor or charger. The charger seems to work (yellow light comes on), but it will not turn on. I take out all cards and battery and still it will not turn on.

It has been reliable for years. I took it to Tennessee and while there, I went for it and it would not turn on. It was sitting in a bag with other electronics in a van, and every other electronic works fine.

Can someone help me please?

Hi Tamour-

It sounds like either a faulty ROM or faulty hardware. You could try reloading the ROM using the SD card flash method detailed below.

It is not an easy process but if you're technical you can do it. If that doesn't work you will have to contact Dell if it's still under warranty or consider it a loss if it's not.
