Help ME:Activesync and SD Memory problems

My Axim X50 uses Windows Mobile 5.0 and I have two problems. 1 the Activesync does not show a connection to the PC. However on the Axim it shows connected. If I delete and reinstall the Activesync(regardless of what version) it will connect, but then the same problem will recur after awhile. The other is my SD memory shows as not installed when I try look in the memory settings. The only time it will show the memory installed is when I do a soft reset. After awile it changes to not installed.

Please someone help me
