Battery charging not recognizing

Hello All

I got x50 with some kind of power problem.
It has Windows 2003 SE with a05 ROM, not VGA.
My battery indicator always shows 0%.
And when my axim is off for a few moments, a can't turn it on, only if i doing "hard reset" (and canceling it with envelope button).
As i know that happend after rom update, but i'm not sure.

Any body knows what i can do to fix it?
