Embarrasingly basic question from new user.

I was a palm side guy for some time. Recently I purchased an axim x50v. Is there a desktop version similar to the palm desktop? I cannot find or manage my calendar or contacts on my PC with the software bundle. There must be a basic answer to this question.

Their are no embarrasingly basic questions, always ask .

You need to make sure that on you PC, you have activesync installed and also Outlook or outlook express.

When you sync to your PC, all the data is copied between the PDA and Outlook/Outlook express.

Start Outlook/Outlook expressand you will see folders for Calendar, contacts etc which you can then modify, add to or change on the PC.

Next time you sync, any changes will be updated on the PDA.
