free antivirus software

ok, i recently switched from a palm iiic to my x50v, and the availability of freeware software on palm was mindblowing compared to that of ppc. i guess it's to be expecred with an os created by microsoft. lol. but my question was, is there a free antivirus program for wm2003se ???

Not that I know of. I have McAffee AntiVirus PDA myself, which is reasonably priced. There could possibly be something free, but I think it would be a pain in the neck to try and find.

Have you tried AirScanner? I have the free version and it's not bad. Trend Micro is beta testing their Mobile Security anti-virus program for the PPC and SmartPhone right now. Don't remember when their estimated launch date will be though. I know my beta version is good until 06/2005.
