STILL can't sync!

I've tried just about everything! I'm using 3.8 AS, with my Axim X5, PPC 2002, XP SP3, Outlook 2003. I think its connected, but no transfer of contacts, calendar, etc. I still think it's a Firewall issue. I have CA ISS 2007. Anyone have any suggestions? I backed up my PDA on a SD card. Can I upload that to my PC into Outlook 2003? I've tried soft & hard resets! I got it to connect after 1 hard reset, but it only synced files, no contacts or calendar?
