Microsoft PPC & Money 2002

I recently upgraded from an Axim3 to an Axim5. Mainly for the memory. I tried to load Money for PPC 2002 onto the X5 and no go. I understand that Money 2002 is no longer supported so I tried "Ultrasoft Money". Still no luck. Any suggestions/help/advice would be welcome. Btw, I have Money 2004 with the 2002 version for PPC. And PocketPC 2002 on the Axim.

You sure you got the right axims? The x3 was AFTER the x5. I have an x5 with pocket pc 2003 and microsoft money works fine.
