X5 os upgrade, won't turn on

X5, i reverted back to 2002 (rom a02) everything was fine. I went to upgrade it back to 2003 (A05). Upgrade seemed to go well, got the dell boot screen and it froze. i turned it off and now it will not turn on. Tried every reset. The power light is lit, green, and it will still take a charge. I pulled both batteries overnight, but to no avail. Anyone have any thoughts on this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
