TT navigator 6 on X5

I recently purchased and installed a legal copy of Navigator 6 to my X5, following installation it will not run, saying "no Maps", I am told that Nav 6 can run on X5, can anyone help me to get this to run..?

Please bear in mind that I am no computer whizz...

Hi,

I had the same problem last year and regular poster on this forum 'Drifter' fixed for me, however I have lost the instructions and it appears Drifter is no longer online. The problem is that TT6 looks for the Maps on the Built in Storage, whilst the maps are actually on the TT6 SD Card. Without Drifter's fix, the only way I have heard of is to disable the Built in Storage via a registry edit.

I also now have the same problem again after my main and backup battery failed and the restore got rid of the fix. So if anyone else received the Drifter fix, can they please help!!

Thanks Bobl, I have given up trying to fix it myself so I have asked the IT manager at our company if he would have a look at the problem, if he is able to resolve the problem I will forward it to you. IvanH
