Migrate from CF to SD

I'm thinking of buying a CF GPS Receiver for my X5 (A05)

TomTom Navigator is currently installed on my CF Card.

Is there a way to migrate the app, maps and setting to SD Card or will I have to re-install TomTom?

you can try moving Tom Tom with an app like pocket mechanic, it changes the links and registry settings for you.
You can download the trial here. Tom Tom and x5 have been have been known to have issues, it's worth trying if it's installed in one folder. Otherwise reinstall. Let me know how you go.
